Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of broccolini
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Boil a kettle of water to 100°C
- Cut the ends off the broccolini stalks
- Place the broccolini in a heat-safe bowl (ideally with a lid)
- Cover broccolini with boiled water for 5 minutes
- Drain the water and return to the bowl
- Top with olive oil (approx. 3 tbsp) and salt and pepper
- Put lid back on and shake until all broccolini are coated
