- Corn on the cob
- Capsicum
- Large flat mushrooms
- Onions, thinly sliced
Method
Corn
- The best way to cook corn on the cob is to boil them first in water on the stove for 5-10 minutes until the kernels are juicy
- Add them to the BBQ and keep rotating until all sides are charred
Capsicum
- Slice capsicum into flat slices and coat in olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic granules
- Add them to the BBQ until lightly charred on both sides
Onion
- Thinly slice the onion and sautee on a flat BBQ plate or in a frying pan until soft
Mushrooms
- Coat mushrooms in olive oil, dried thyme and salt and pepper
- Add them to the BBQ until soft on both sides
