Ingredients

  • Meat of choice
  • Corn on the cob
  • Capsicum
  • Large flat mushrooms
  • Onions, thinly sliced

Method

Corn

  1. The best way to cook corn on the cob is to boil them first in water on the stove for 5-10 minutes until the kernels are juicy
  2. Add them to the BBQ and keep rotating until all sides are charred

Capsicum

  1. Slice capsicum into flat slices and coat in olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic granules
  2. Add them to the BBQ until lightly charred on both sides

Onion

  1. Thinly slice the onion and sautee on a flat BBQ plate or in a frying pan until soft

Mushrooms

  1. Coat mushrooms in olive oil, dried thyme and salt and pepper
  2. Add them to the BBQ until soft on both sides
