Chilli Prawn Spaghetti


Serves 4.



  1. Cook 4 serves of spaghetti
  2. Add oil to a medium/high heat frying pan
  3. Crush 1 garlic clove into the oil
  4. Fry for a minute, be careful not to burn the garlic
  5. Add the raw prawns and fry until pink and cooked
  6. Add the jar of chilli tomato sauce with an extra 1/2 jar water
  7. Add 100g pitted kalamata olives and reduce heat to medium/low
  8. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and add to the sauce
  9. Once incorporated, serve topped with parmesan
