Recipe
- 3 tbsp Thermomix Basic Cookbook’s Basil Pesto recipe
- 2 serves spaghetti (we use gluten free brown rice pasta from Doves Farm
- 5 rashers of bacon cut into small strips
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes halved
- Parmesan cheese
- Cook spaghetti as per package instructions (our spaghetti takes 10 minute and we add salt to the water to stop it from sticking together)
- Heat a pan on medium heat and add bacon
- Fry until crispy
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until just soft
- Add the cooked, drained spaghetti to the pan
- Add the pesto
- Mix until the pesto evenly coats the spaghetti
- Serve with shaved parmesan on top
