Pesto pasta with bacon & cherry tomatoes


  • 3 tbsp Thermomix Basic Cookbook’s Basil Pesto recipe
  • 2 serves spaghetti (we use gluten free brown rice pasta from Doves Farm
  • 5 rashers of bacon cut into small strips
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes halved
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Cook spaghetti as per package instructions (our spaghetti takes 10 minute and we add salt to the water to stop it from sticking together)


  1. Heat a pan on medium heat and add bacon
  2. Fry until crispy
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until just soft
  4. Add the cooked, drained spaghetti to the pan
  5. Add the pesto
  6. Mix until the pesto evenly coats the spaghetti
  7. Serve with shaved parmesan on top
